Precedenkit Coding Bootcamp Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any Precedenkit coding bootcamp course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll in any of our courses.

2. Course Information

Precedenkit reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors as needed. We will notify students of any significant changes in advance.

3. Payment and Refunds

Our payment policies are clearly outlined in our separate payment agreement. Any requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within [Number] days of enrollment and will be subject to our refund policy, which is available on request.

4. Student Conduct

Precedenkit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the success of students in securing employment after completing the bootcamp. Job placement assistance is provided as a service, but Precedenkit is not responsible for the outcome of job searches.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
